They can be added to sales forms, purchase orders, and customer profiles. It will help you receive better data and more detailed financial reports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kindly Note:<\/strong> Are you interested in using this feature? You can\u00a0upgrade to QuickBooks Online Advanced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">QuickBooks Mobile App still doesn\u2019t yet supports Enhanced custom fields. Any edits that you make here will apply to all sales forms, purchase orders, and customer profiles using the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">You are allowed to create as many custom fields as you desire and have 10 active fields at a time. How you can make a field active or inactive:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>arrow<\/strong>in the Actions column (available next to Edit option).<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Make active<\/strong>(or\u00a0<strong>Make inactive<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table class=\" alignleft\" width=\"691\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td width=\"99%\"><strong>There\u2019s no need to worry about losing old custom field data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are making a custom field inactive, your past data won\u2019t disappear.
